Responsive website on top priority in Google’s next algorithm update

Google is likely to announce its next algorithm update on April 21 – 2015, and this time they will attack non-responsive websites. Their primary focus is to rank the mobile friendly websites higher in search results. It is recommended to all website owners, to get their website responsive to multi device, especially small screen mobile devices.

Yesterday, on Feb 27 a Google Post stated "Starting April 21, we will be expanding our use of mobile-friendliness as a ranking signal. This change will affect mobile searches in all languages worldwide and will have a significant impact in our search results. The update will also use information from indexed apps as a factor when ranking search results for users that are signed-in and have the app installed.
